The Extang Solid Fold Toolbox 2.0 is a toolbox-compatible, hard-folding truck bed cover that combines secure tool storage and reliable bed protection. Engineered for durability and weather resistance, it provides easy access to the bed while maintaining a low profile over crossover toolboxes.
Durable construction: A rigid, textured-black EnduraCoat aluminum frame cradles 1-inch thick EnduraShield TPO panels that resist impacts, abrasions, and UV exposure for long-lasting performance. Dual-pivot MaxHinges reinforce panel-to-panel joints for added strength and longevity.
- Fits most 18–20 in. crossover toolboxes

- Lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum frame with textured EnduraCoat finish
- Patented L-Channel sealing system bridges the toolbox-to-tonneau gap for a flush, weather-resistant fit

This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, normal wear, or lack of maintenance. Losses related to product use or damages caused by interference with other accessories or trailers are not covered.
Warranty Voiding Conditions
The warranty will be void if:
- the tarp is not properly secured while driving, causing wind damage;
- improper cleaning products are used;
- cargo contacts or deforms the tarp;
- the product is used with open or unsecured panels;
- the tarp is opened when covered by snow, ice, or debris;
- the vehicle is towed with the tarp installed.
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, provide:
- order number;
- buyer information;
- vehicle year, make, and model;
- product name or part number;
- description of the issue;
- proof of purchase;
- photos of the damage.
If the claim is approved, repair or replacement will be offered. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
